    1.Planning of Overheads, Investment and Headcount
    - Responsible for planning of departmental overheads and investment (depreciation) requirements during OP phase and subsequent updates.

    Escalation may be necessary for breach of PR rules, such as maverick buys (orders before PR approval).
    - Tracking of open PR's and matching to relevant PO's necessary to ensure supplier commitment is aligned with approvals.

    - Prepare content of the relevant contracts ensuring that all important commercial information is considered.

    - Manage the payable accounts, follow up the prepayment terms and long term open payables. Confirm the payable with suppliers for yearly closing or on special request.

    4.Reimbursement checking process management
    - Responsible to perform reimbursement settlement according the corresponding policy approved by company.

    5.Assets Booking Management

  • Job Description

    1.Supplier selection
    - Plan and execute source evaluations at potential suppliers. Check action plans and monitor the implementation of countermeasures at the suppliers. Final evaluation and recommendation to SAC (Sourcing Approval Committee).

     

    2.Preventive quality management
    - Evaluate potential risks of supplied parts and their production process in the phase of product and process development. Focus on critical products and suppliers. Select and use appropriate difficult quality methods, tools and standards.

     

    3.Process audits at suppliers
    - Execute and lead preventive and reactive process audits to ensure stable processes in the start up phase to determine the quality of supplier’s production processes.

     

    4.Production process and product release
    - Coordinate, control and release the product quality regarding complex requirements (i.e. drawings and specifications) and the ability of the production process to achieve a permanent high level of quality. Train, support and assist the suppliers in the preparation of documents regarding prototype, OTS- and Initial samples including reports. Plan, execute and monitor the PPAP process internally and externally including documentation of the results; Inspect the delivered PT parts as well as the PPAP parts (according to responsibility matrix), also in the case the production location change. Evaluate and support FMEA (D and P).

     

    5.Handshake parts
    - Handover of responsibility for parts after SOP (Handshake) to BYD A Quality.

     

    6.Claim process 
    - Handle critical and complex claims before handshake and in the ramp up phase. Initiate failure analysis (8D-report) including corrective action plans and containment actions. Support BYD Quality after handshake for critical claims of supplied parts.

     

    7.Supplier readiness
    - Plan and lead cross functional supplier readiness teams (SRT) or participate actively to support the suppliers to solve critical and complex product and process quality issues.

     

     

    Qualification Requirement

    1.Education
    - Bachelor degree in mechanical, process or production Engineering.

     

    2.Experience
    - Minimum 3 years of engineering or quality work experience in automotive business. Experience in designated commodity preferred.

     

    3.Specific knowledge/skills
    - General automotive business knowledge (supplier industry, automotive market).
    - Knowledge of the quality relevant processes and special methods (especially PPAP, APQP and relevant VDA manuals).
    - Certified VDA 6.3 auditor.
    - Knowledge of manufacturing processes of purchased parts of designated commodity.
    - Knowledge about logistic concepts and requirements (supply chain and incoterms).
    - Wide mindset and open minded with analytic skills.
    - Strong ability of learning and adaptation.
    - Fluent English in speaking and writing.

  • Job Description

    1.Project Evaluation and Alignment
    - Checking, evaluating and assessing the working process within the project organization.
    - Responsible for reporting of project executing conditions, existing problems and work plan to Quality Concept manager and VP Quality.
    - Participate in the development of the main organizational unit and support and co-ordinate implementation strategies for own team. Develop the own function and guarantee the realization. Control the own function on basis of goals, key indicators and reporting.
    - Enhance the co-operation with the other functional departments.

     

    2.Quality Concept for Vehicle Development
    - Preparation of the definition and tracking of quality targets in alignment with Development, Production and After Sales. Support in establishing of the problem solving process incl. follow up of all Q relevant topics. Align all Q-relevant processes with the overall BDNT development and production processes.
    - Consult other departments for quality related topics.

     

    3.Co-ordination and Execution of quality evaluation of the project and overall Quality Release
    - Plan, implement and execute start criteria and Q-Gate evaluations for the relevant Q-Gates.
    - Define maturity level criteria’s. Evaluation and follow-up of maturity level of vehicle, manufacturing processes and inspection concepts.
    - Overall co-ordination of all necessary measures in connection with the quality release of the vehicles (Q-release of parts, Q-release process, Q-release product) for the serial production.

     

    4. Analyze of field/warranty claims
    -Define and establish the necessary processes to analyze the field and warranty claims together with the After-Sales department.
    - Install a lab with the necessary equipment. Provide a fast feedback to production and supplier and track the problem solving process.

     


     

    Qualification Requirement

    1.Education
    - Bachelor degree in Project management or a comparable study.

     

    2.Experience
    - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality management, development or production in the automotive industry.
    - Experience with coordination and project management.

     

    3.Specific knowledge/skills
    - Ability to prepare and present working results for top management decisions.
    - General automotive business knowledge (supplier industry, automotive market).
    - Knowledge of the quality relevant processes and special methods (especially PPAP, APQP and relevant VDA manuals).
    - Organization of Quality workshops.

    Qualification Requirement

    1.Education

Working experience in aut1.industry is preferred. Familiar with car manufacturing process and equipment, know about production site and production organization system. Attend at least 3 project’technical research of aseembly product planning ,Finished at least one assembly  project’s process analysis、quality optimize、support t1.the production line、summarize the whole project.

     

    3.Specific knowledge/skills
    - Good skills with Aut1.CAD and UG catia software. Have knowledge on TS16949 and VDA 6.3system. Have knowledge on MSA、SPC、PPAP、APQP、FMEA. Have knowledge on MTM. Good oral English, and written English of car industry.

  • Job Description

    1.Design, Development and Validation of instrument cluster system
    - Propose and finalize system/component requirements based on various requirements like Styling, Packaging, Regulation, Cross System interface, BDNT configuration list , Manufacturing and Assembly feasibility.
    - Creating and managing Specification books including requirements and validation.
    - Create a development schedule based on the vehicle project master schedule.
    - Define each ECU’s software logic (function strategy) ensure that the software logic complies with vehicle operation strategy.
    - Define system performance targets, evaluate suppliers’ system design sub-components’ design to ensure targets met.
    - Define testing standard and test procedure based on system and vehicle level requirement.
    - Create and manage 3D design data and 2d drawings together with supplier and integration teams.
    - Define instrument cluster UI logic, control strategy and communication protocol.
    - Lead and execute cost reduction ideas.

     

    2.Cross Functional responsibilities
    - Provide technical support to quality teams to fulfil supplier audits and PPAP requirements.
    - Ensure component and system development meets the requirements of standards laid down BDNT quality.
    - Monitor and track development, validation, part delivery and software delivery plans to meet BDNT project milestone plan.
    - Provide support to PP for EOL testing design and Production/ Assembly issue resolution.

     

    3.Validation
    - Make test specification and test plan with supplier based on design specification to ensure test quality and test coverage.
    - Closely monitor suppliers’ test quality and test progress regularly and ensure all vehicle level, system level and component requirements are fulfilled.
    - Participate in various vehicle tests for validation at vehicle.
    - Make BDNT integration test specification and test cases, execute tests to ensure system compatibility.

     

    4.Supplier development process management
    - Clarify with supplier all requirements in detail to improve component design and ensure delivery fulfil component requirement.
    - Mange all changes with supplier based on BDNT procedures.
    - Monitor design, development and validation progress at supplier end and report status progress to Project teams as required during the development.
    - Create / Review and manage updates of DFMEAs.

     

    5.Production, Marketing and Aftersales support
    - Support marketing in events preparation and communication with outside  from technical side.
    - Provide technical support to after sales teams by means of handling field issues and addressing customer concerns based on customer feedback.
    - Support after sales and production by means of Diagnostics tests and field issue resolution.

     

     

    Qualification Requirement

    1.Education
    - Engineering bachelor or above, electric engineering related preferred.

     

    2.Experience
    - Minimum 3 years engineering experience in instrument cluster.

     

    3.Specific knowledge/skills
    - Sound knowledge of mainstream technology and solutions on instrument cluster.
    - Know well legal and standard reuqirements on instrument cluster.
    - Good knowledge on basic electric design and embedded SW development.
    - Rich experience and good tastes on UI/UX design.
    - Understand vehicle network technology and can use CAN tools like Vector CANalyzer etc t1.develop/validate body controlsystem.
    - Good knowledge of EMC and electrical load compatibility test.
    - Be proficient in APQP process and have good supplier development management skill.
    - software skills (CATIA, AutoCAD).

    1.Component Design and Development
    - Coordinate with styling and other related departments to define the technical scheme and define devolopment conccept and specification; communicate with supplier on technical concept and manufacture feasibility and correct concept accordingly, Define confirmation test plan and organize supplier to finish all tests in time.

     

    2.Component confirm and release
    - Manage and confirm component maturity according to project development schedule and techinical requirements (including function, dimemsion,weight, durability, reliability etc.) check and approve all component relevant documentations and part status, including drawing, BOM list, DFMEA, OTS, PPAP, 8D report etc,. Ensure component can be release in time.

     

    3.Supplier Management 
    - Communicate with supplier about component development scheduel and design requirement, supervise developement progress and escalate if necessary, ensure supplier finish confirmation tests in time, discuss with supplier to identify the rootcasue of component failures and figure out corrective solutions, coordinate supplier to confirm the part delivery version and qualified technical status, ensure part delivery in time and qualified.

     

    4.Reporting / Information Exchange
    - Regular status report to the management; prepare materials for meetings; share and exchange information within department in order to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.

     

    5.Cross-function Work
    - Support and coordinate with other departments, share technical information, get common understanding and agreement in order to ensure the project can be accomplished successfully within the schedule.

     

     

    Qualification Requirement

    1.Education
    - Bachelor degree (or above) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, material. 

     

    2.Experience
    - Minimum 3 years design experience in automobile industry.
    - Has development experience of vehicle accessory system , such as door system,sealing system,Washing system,roof system and etc.

    - Support for concept analysis and styling feasibility design.
    - Evaluate the feasability according GB standard.
    - Support for class A surface analysis.
    - 3D data design and 2D drawing definition.
